The GPSA is looking to develop a new logo and is therefor sponsoring a contest. Please click here for additional details.

Travel Funding!
GPSA travel awards are available! Please click the link to the left for a 2007-08 travel packet. Please read the packet for any and all details. The next due date is March15, 2008. Due dates are every 2 months (on the 15th). For the graduate students in a department to be eligible for funding their department must have a GPSA senatorial representative. The senator application form is also available as one of the links to the left! A number of departments DO NOT have GPSA representatives as of February 1, 2008, and thus currently do not qualify to be eligible for travel or graduate expo awards. To see if your department is currently represented please check the "Current GPSA Senators" link to the left.

The GPSA (Graduate and Professional Student Association) represents graduate and professional (but not law) students at the University of Idaho. Undergraduate students are represented by the ASUI and law students are represented by the SBA. The GPSA body is composed of an executive branch; a judicial branch; and a legislative branch composed of senators that represent academic departments with graduate programs.

We are in the process of constructing a new website and appreciate your patience.

Mission Statement:
The Graduate & Professional Student Association (GPSA) supports and promotes graduate student education and graduate student life at the University of Idaho. This includes creating programs and assisting graduate students during their transition from student life to professional life. The GPSA is also committed to providing a collective voice for graduate students to the University and the State.
